Hello Shepard Families!

The PTSO is excited for the 2024-2025 school year. We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new and returning families. We have been hard at work this summer to bring some great events to Shepard.

PTSO Website

The Shepard PTSO website goes live on Monday, August 5, 2024 at 3:30 PM. This is where you find information on PTSO programs and make purchases. https://www.shepardptso.org. Follow the instructions on the home page to get started.

PTSO Items for Sale

Start by registering on the website or adding new students to your account. Once you are registered on the website, you can start purchasing items for sale. See the items below that are available for purchase on the website. For more information on any activities click the buttons on the left side of the home page. To purchase - click here.

PTSO Membership

PURCHASE YOUR MEMBERSHIP FIRST! PTSO membership gives you access to:

Member discounted pricing
Access to the Shepard family Directory (download directory app)
Funds raised allows the PTSO to provide programs that enriches our children’s school experience. For example, Book Fair, Cardboard Challenge, Learning Commons, Guest Speakers and much more!
Large school-wide PTSO fundraisers are not necessary.

Special Lunch

You can purchase lunch in advance. Our program, Lunch Solutions, supports many local restaurants with a variety of choices. Ordering opens Tuesday, August 6th. Ordering for the following week closes at 10:00 am on THURSDAY each week. Go to: http://ptgms.com/lunchsolutions/shepard

School Supplies 2024-25

If you ordered school supplies through the North Shore Coalition, the kits have been delivered to your home. Shepard’s recommendation is to bring in school supplies on the first day of school instead of on Spartan Day. That way, students can take their locks home and practice the combinations so they can feel confident navigating their lockers during the school year. If you are purchasing school supplies on your own, follow the list on the PTSO website.

6th Grade Back to School Bash

We are so excited to start this year off strong with this great event for our 6th graders: 6th Grade Back To School Bash - Friday, August 23rd 3:00-4:30 PM at Shepard. Please register on the PTSO site.
